The Law introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements that is introduces the new clause 53-3. The Law envisages also the new versions of the clauses 53-2, 54 and 55.
As it was announced in the secretariat of the Committee the analysis of the Law implementation proves that the aim of violation strengthening has been achieved in general. Thus, in comparison with 2007 in 2008 the rate of the penalties excised increased in 309%, in 2009 in 338%. In particular, penalties for the infringements, envisaged by the new clause 53-3 in 2008 comprised more than UAH 139 thousand, in 2009 nearly UAH 150 thousand.
Though, the prosecution agencies detected infringements cases regarding the laws requirements in the course of the bringing to administrative responsibility of the citizens under the indicated articles.
