The bill (Reg. No6262), defined by the President of Ukraine as urgent, was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the first reading as a basis on 6 July 2010.
The bill suggests new version of the clause 164 of the Code on Administrative Infringements, pursuant to which, submitting of designedly false data for the state registration of the legal entities or individual persons - entrepreneurs or obtaining the license on certain type of the activity etc. entails the penalty from twenty to forty tax-exempt minimum.
As it was announced in the Committee Administration, that the bill is to be adopted as there is a necessity to strengthen the violation for the infringement of the order of the economic activity, as the effective register of the administrative violations in the given spheres, defined by the clauses 164 and 16610 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violations, is insufficient and does not take into the consideration the possible violations on the part of the economic participants and licensing bodies regarding the order of the conduction of the economic activity and licensing documents issuance.
The amendments to the bill, in case of its adoption, enable reduction of the administrative violations in these spheres.
