Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, declares the Necessity of the Weight Approach to any Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine.
"Speaking on the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine one is supposed to be aware of the fact that this issue needs surgical accuracy, it concerns the consequences that may be caused by the principles of the Constitution of Ukraine", V. Lytvyn declared in the course of the briefing on Monday.
Asked by the journalists regarding the conduction of the referendum concerning the rejections of the political reform, the Head of the Parliament expressed the thought that it is quite problematic.
"It is necessary to define what is to be rejected exactly", the Head of the Parliament said. V. Lytvyn explained that today there is a separate Law on the political reform though "we have an integral Constitution with the amendments and additions."
V. Lytvyn stated that such a discussion is to be conducted when this problem arises in the practical dimension.
