The Law creates adequate legislative prerequisites for application of agreements on production distribution, simplifies licensing procedures in the sector of mineral resources use on the terms of agreements on production distribution, eliminates several legislative gaps connected with the application of customs procedures to the hydrocarbons extracted in the customs territory of Ukraine beyond the State border of Ukraine, but within the exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine.
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.5376.
