Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is for the Necessity of the Sensible Approach to the Adoption of the Law of Whole-Ukrainian Referendum.
"I am convinced that it is necessary to adopt this Law, as it is almost the Constitutional demand", V. Lytvyn declared, giving answers on Thursday on the journalists questions in the course of the press-conference.
The Head of the Parliament emphasised the importance of the "serious and thorough discussion, dialogue for the adoption of the decision for the state for people have the opportunity to realize their vision on this or that issue in the course of the referendums", he emphasised.
Thus, according to V. Lytvyn, in autumn it would be necessary to scrutinize the bill on Whole-Ukrainian referendum, "conduct necessary discussions and harmonize it with the Principal Law and decisions of the Constitutional Court and explanations on this matter."
