The bill (Reg. No2149) suggests the implementation of defining of the telecommunication access to the telecommunication networks of the operators and the mechanism of the implementation and regulation of the list of charges calculation for the access services to these operators that undergo the definition of telecommunication operators that have considerable influence on the market of telecommunication access services.
