The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy aimed Its activity at the Further Improvement of the Normative-Legal Base of Public Utility Services Reformation and Formation of the State Housing Policy

Upon recommendation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee the following Laws were adopted in their entirety as the Laws: "On National Committee on regulation of the Public Utility Services"; "On Amendments to the clause 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On City Electrical Transport." In the first reading the Draft State Building Code of Ukraine was adopted and the following bills: on amendments to the Law "On Union of Co-owners if Block of Flats", on amendments to the Law "On Town Planning and Organization of Public Services" regarding the defining of the issue of the small architectural form; on provision of the citizens with the available housing; on amendments to the Law "On prevention of the negative influence of the world finance crisis on the development of the construction and dwelling building in Ukraine" regarding the prolongation of the terms of the actions regarding the support of the construction.

 

For the scrutiny in the second reading the draft Swelling Code of Ukraine has been elaborated.

 

On 31 March of the current year the Committee conducted an extended meeting for the scrutiny of the conclusions of the Court of Auditors of Ukraine.
