Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the Quantity of Coalition in the Parliament would depend on the Processes in the State.
Asked by the journalists of the agency "RBK-Ukraine" on Wednesday whether he is ready to the fact that in autumn the quantity of coalitions may increase up to 300 Deputies, V. Lytvyn declared that it is not an issue he is bothered with.
"Everything shall depend on the processes in Ukraine. If we improve life of the state, then the quantity of those willing to be considered as the authority will increase. If the regress of the processes is observed, Lord forbid, the quantity of willing to participate in coalition will be decreased. It is not only the law of nature, it is also the law of the political life", the Head of the Parliament explained.
Though, V. Lytvyn emphasised that the main task for the power and opposition for today is "working for the state", as the destabilization is dangerous for everybody.
Asked regarding the possible implementation of the idea on reduction of the quantity of Deputies and formation of two chamber parliament, V. Lytvyn indicated that the matter is not in the quantity of the Deputies corps but in their quality.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also expressed doubts regarding the possible implementation of the relevant amendments to the Constitution as, according to his words, "each Deputy will think that the problem is being solved at his expense."
