The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship upholds the Bill "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Enhancement of State Regulation of Production Safety"

The bill (Reg. No. 6237) amends the Laws "On Health and Disease Control" and "On Waste". Pursuant to the bill, "the requirements for public safety" shall be determined in the governmental standards and other normative-technical acts, if "it is determined by the normative-legal acts."

 

People´s Deputy K.Liapina stated that adoption of the bill would harmonize Ukrainian legislation on production safety with the European standards.
