In compliance with part 3 of clause 89 of the Constitution of Ukraine, clause 87 of the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the People´s Deputies set a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Misappropriation of Budget Funds running into Millions by the Leaders of the State Committee of Ukraine for State Material Reserve."
