The bill (Reg. No.4423) presents a new version of the Law "On Associations of Co-Owners of Multi-Apartment Houses" to introduce a modern system of housing fund administration with active involvement of the public.
The associations of co-owners of multi-apartment houses realize the rights of owners, leaseholders and tenants of the premises for the ownership and use of common property of the association members, due maintenance of the houses and premises; assist the owners, leaseholders and tenants in obtainment of quality housing and utility services at reasonable prices, and fulfillment of their commitments connected with the association membership.
