People´s Deputy of Ukraine V. Moisyk, author of the bill (Reg. No.6232), recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts the bill on the necessity of legislative affirmation of the prohibition on repeated sentence with probation for a person who committed new crime in the course of the trial period set by the court in connection with the release from the probation appointed for the previous crime.
The Committee members upheld the bill, as its adoption would improve the judicial practice.
