Author of the bill (Reg. No6454), People´s Deputy of Ukraine M. Dzhemilev, expressed his arguments regarding the formation of the Temporary Inquiry Panel to investigate Illegitimate Activity (excelling his authority, corruption, lighting of international and interconfessional hostility) of Major General A.V.Mohyliov in 2007-2008 while in Office of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Chief of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Crimean Autonomous Republic
M. Dzhemilev stated in the explanatory note that during 2007 and his service term on the office of Mohyliov A. V. was appointed to the office of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Chief of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Crimean Autonomous Republic, the law enforcement agencies officials accomplished a number of the sensational illegal actions.
M. Dzhemilev also pointed out the attention to the number of Mohyliov´s publications in Crimean mass media regarding rehabilitation of the Stalin´s regime crime - deportation in the period 1941-1944 of Crimea people from the place of their constant living in the territory of Ukraine.
Minister of Internal Affairs A. Mohyliov in the course of the Committee sitting on Wednesday declared that he expressed this thought that not only Crimean Tatars suffered political repression of Stalin regime though they receive the biggest state aid, when other victims do not have privileges in equal to them rates.
The Committee members in the course of the discussion emphasised the Temporary Inquiry Committees are to be formed for the investigation "of the professional activity of certain person" instead of the private opinion of an individual.
The Committee members passed the decision to reject the draft resolution.
