The Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Social Aid to the Persons disabled since Childhood and to the Disabled Children" (re Support of Persons who attend the Disabled Children requiring Regular Outside Assistance)

Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No.2231) a person who attends a disabled child requiring regular outside assistance shall be granted an allowance for such care regardless of the fact of employment.

 

The People´s Deputies of Ukraine submitted the motions concerning the bill. Out of 8 motions submitted, 5 were taken into account, 3 being rejected.

 

The bill adjusted for the second reading sets another date of enactment January 1, 2011 (instead of January 1, 2009).
