The Law supplements the applicable Law with the specific terms ("customers´ number", "transfer of the customer´s number", "personal number", "national roaming").
Under the Law, the customer using telecommunication services without the agreement concluded in a written form can register by the operator, submitting personal data in conformity to the Law under the procedure established by the National Commission for Communications Regulation.
Telecommunication operators rendering mobile service in the territory of Ukraine shall enable the customers to use the service of national roaming, provided the agreements between the operators are concluded.
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.3420.
