Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine sent Greetings to Petro Tronko on the Occasion of 95th Anniversary

Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Monday took part in the ceelbrations on the
occasion of 95th anniversary and 75th anniversary of the
public political activity of prominent personality - Petro Tronko famous
Ukrainian scientist-historian, Head of the Department of Regional
History of Ukraine, Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of
Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of
Ukraine, Doctor of Letters (History), Full Professor, Hero of Ukraine.
"I am extremely happy we have an opportunity
today to honor person legend, person history, person, whose life, creative,
political and public experience is a mirror of the newest history of Ukraine
and newest history of the former state Soviet Union", V. Lytvyn emphasised in
his greeting speech. According to him, Petro Tymofiiovych
can be regarded as "real bilshovyk: he ahs always
been and adherent of the absolute majority of the people´s power and has always
protect own state, Ukrainian people and what is even more important he has been
always preserving a historical memory." V. Lytvyn declared that his work Petro Tronko had always done perfectly, never showing his achievements off.
V. Lytvyn
expressed hope that today, honoring great man of Ukraine, "we can remember of all those
generations our hero of the day lived with." V. Lytvyn is convinced that the
museum of architecture and mode of life would always be a great memory for contribution
of Petro Tymofiiovych into the national scientific sphere.
"Please
accept my sincere thankfulness for your good deeds I have always felt on the
part of you and wish you strong health and long years of life", the Chairman of
the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
declared in his speech. "You and your generation is a fundamentals of our
morality and conscience", he has finally stated.
