Item 4 part 1 clause 3 of the Law "On Prevention of Negative Consequences of the World Finance Crisis on Development of the Building Sphere and Housing Construction in Ukraine" till 1 January 2012 establishes the prohibition on canceling of any agreements by natural persons and legal entities, that result in the transference to the tenant builder of any completed object (part of the object) of housings under the conduction that pursuant to such agreement the payment is made at 100% rate of the object cost except cases such canceling is made due to the agreement of the Parties. The indicated prohibition is effective if the term of setting into operation of the construction object is postponed more than for 18 months.
The bill (Reg. No6687) suggests prolongation of such prohibition term till 1 January 2013 and defining that this prohibition is not used is the indicated term of setting into operation of the construction object is postponed more than for 30 months.
