The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Consumer Rights)

The bill (Reg. No.3670) amends the Law "On Consumer Rights". In Clause 9, it authorizes the seller to announce a longer period of exchange of quality goods; in Clause 23 it establishes a sanction for an infringement upon this right.  

 

The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will eliminate controversies between the normative-legal acts of Ukraine, and strengthen consumer rights protection.
