The Law creates legal prerequisites for establishment of a new level of cooperation between the investigation and search departments of the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine and peer units of foreign law-enforcement agencies. The Law harmonizes the legislative acts on international cooperation in the field of investigation and search activity with the Ukraine´s commitments, and contributes to the efficient work of investigation and search departments of the law-enforcement bodies.
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.4438.
