The Law alleviates the procedure of state registration of economic entities termination by the public registrar.
The public registrar launches the alleviated procedure of economic entities termination, valid grounds being available. The registrar makes an entry in the Uniform State Register that the alleviated procedure of economic entities termination via its liquidation has been launched.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No.4286.
