The Law prohibits disposal of the offices of State-established mass media, printing houses, publishing houses, bookshops, book distributors, local self-government bodies, public associations, public research institutions, education establishments, labour associations and creative unions.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 4004-1.
