The bill (Reg. No2503) is aimed at the charging the administrative commissions in executive bodies of the city councils with the right to scrutinize the cases on administrative infringements, envisaged by the clause 155 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, according to the minute compiled by the officials and authorized executive committees of the city councils.
