The bill (Reg. No. 6317) introduces a new budget program on reimbursement of expenses to the agricultural producers for a cow available on 1 January 2010, which shall be launched on 1 January 2011 instead of 1 January 2010.
The Committee members believe that in the result of the untimely adoption of the budget for 2010, agricultural producers can lose governmental support this year, as the legislative provision on budget-2010 will not be effective, while the provision of the Law "On Value Added Tax" will lose its force. The People´s Deputies believe that the budget program on support of agricultural producers should be launched on 1 January 2011, taking all the organizational measures in the current year.
