The Documents regarding the Conduction on 24 April the Pre-termed Sitting of the Parliament have not been directed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It was declared by V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the course of the briefing.  

 

According to him, there is no necessary registers for the present moment. V. Lytvyn emphasised that he does not refuse the conduction of the pre0termedmeeting but it demands the availability of all the necessary documents.

 

Moreover, V. Lytvyn mentioned that certain political powers "want to hold a rally in the Parliament instead of the signing of the treaty on prolongation of the Russian Federation Black Sea Fleet dislocation on the territory of Ukraine.

 

The Head of the Parliament announced that the representatives of Party of Regions faction addressed him with the appeal to conduct today or on Friday the pre-termed meeting of the Parliament in order to scrutinize the issue on ratification of the treaty on prolongation of the Russian Federation Black Sea Fleet dislocation on the territory of Ukraine and final adoption of the State Program of Economic Development of Ukraine and State Budget 2010.
