The bill (Reg. No. 6214-2) introduces amendments to the effective Law that establishes the principle of state supervision, under which only one supervision body shall be present in the central executive authority body. Moreover, the list of grounds for the conduction of early supervising actions is supplemented with a new reason (accident or death due to an accident or a professional illness), and a term of at least 30 working days is set for the business entity to eliminate legislation infringements.
