The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Preservation of Architectural and Urban Planning Heritage as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No.5329) sets the principles of governmental policy and public administration in the field of protection of architectural and urban planning heritage; determines the mechanism of public registration of objects of architectural and urban planning heritage, specifics of maintenance, use and realization of the property right for such objects; settles the issues of scientific, personnel and information support of activity aimed at protection of this cultural heritage.    

 

The People´s Deputies expressed several motions concerning the bill to be taken into account during further drafting.
