Pursuant to the Law, a person should receive summons or notification summons, in case a recess in the trial has been announced, or a case has been suspended due to the person´s request.
The Law supplements Clause 191 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine with the following paragraph: "in case the case is suspended or a recess in the trial is announced, a participant of the civil proceedings shall receive summons or notification summons in court".
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No 1121.
