In the course of the meeting it was declared that the bill (Reg. No6167) is aimed at the increase of the aid arte with the aim to increase the rate of material wealth of families with children. In particular the document envisages the maintenance allowance at the rate UAH 25 thousand for the first child, UAH 50 thousand for the second child, UAH 100 thousand for the third and next child. Moreover, the rate of single payments are also increased when the child in born.
The Committee members indicated that the bill does not contradict the principles of the international Law and legal obligations of Ukraine, though it was emphasised that the issue of the finance assistance is regulated on the rate of the national legislation of the relevant state.
