The People´s Deputies resolved to listen to the report of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning the state of preservation and intended use of the social-cultural facilities in the post-privatization period in the city of Sevastopol.
Pursuant to the Resolution, the Special Supervisory Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Privatization jointly with the representatives of Sevastopol City Council and Sevastopol City State Administration, the State Property Fund and the People´s Deputies shall investigate the circumstances of destruction of Sevastopol city stadium, submitting its conclusions to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the General Prosecution.
The Cabinet of Ministers shall immediately report on the implementation of the State Comprehensive Program for Preservation and Further Development of Social-Cultural Facilities; on implementation of the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the prohibition of closure, liquidation and conversion of cultural and educational establishments in the cities, townships and villages; on measures taken to preserve the social-cultural facilities and transfer them into the administration of the local self-government bodies by the enterprises with the public share in the statutory fund.
By 1 September 2010, the Cabinet of Ministers shall hold the inventory of the social-cultural facilities on the balance sheet of public enterprises, organizations and companies privatized in compliance with the former USSR legislation, and submit its results to The Verkhovna Rada.
