The bill (Reg. No. 6274) amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, introducing reduced prosecution in the following administrative cases: compelling of a power entity to commit actions to implement the legal act of individual effect or an administrative agreement; compelling of a power entity to commit actions to consider an appeal, including an information inquiry, of an individual or legal entity; cancellation of a legal act of individual effect adopted by a power entity with excess of powers; cancellation of a legal act of individual effect regarding rights, liberties or interests of a claimant if it was not implemented due to amendments to the legislation that allowed for adoption of the act.
The Committee resolved to adopt the bill, taking into account the remarks expressed.
