The Law enhances legislative regulation of dangerous cargo conveyance, amending several legislative acts (the Code of Commercial Navigation of Ukraine; the Laws "On Transport", "On Pesticides and Agrochemicals", "On Waste", "On Transit of Cargo", "On Conveyance of Dangerous Cargo").

 

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 4251.
