The bill (Reg. No. 6234) excludes the provision of Clause 32 of the Law, under which the producer (importer) shall register declarations on the conformity of technical regulations objects   at the central executive authority bodies.

The bill was drafted to reduce time and costs spent by the producers-economic entities for the registration of conformity declarations by introduction of produce, and to harmonize the Law "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Procedures of Conformity Assessment" with the legislation of the European Union.

The Committee believes that implementation of the bill will promote harmonization of the national legislation on technical regulation with the WTO and EU requirements.
