In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the bill (Reg. No.4757) is aimed at the formation of more favorable conditions for the national agricultural engineering industry that in its turn would stimulate manufacture of better agricultural machinery with the involvement of the element of modern base of foreign production with further organizing of production on the national high-technology basis. According to the Committee members, specification of the definition of a market share of the national production equipment cost as well asdifferentiation of the limit market share according to the annual registers would facilitate implementation of the targets indicated above.
The bill defines the term ‘domestic machinery´ and ‘equipment for the agricultural complex´ pursuant to the legislation.
