The Bill (Reg. No2565) suggests the efficiency of the clause 60 of the effective Law, according to which the pension provision of the former members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is held in the order and under such conditions, defined by the Law "On State Service", is to be spread on the pensioners from the part of the previous members f the Councils of Ministers pf Ukrainian SSR, Ministers of Ukrainian SSR, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, pension to whom was assigned before the indicated Law came into force.
