The bill (Reg. No. 4607) was drafted to provide unimpeded and free movement of the people with disabilities in the settlements.
The Committee members stated that the bill regulated allotment of places for the motor vehicles driven by the people with locomotor apparatus impairments, their family members, authorized representatives of the legally incapable people or children with disabilities who transport the people (children) with locomotor apparatus impairments.
The bill determines the grounds for granting a privilege for free parking or storage of motor vehicles driven by the people with locomotor apparatus impairments or vehicles transporting them.
