The Law is aimed at the strengthening of the guarantees of the protection of the consumer´s rights and elimination of the ambiguities between the common contents of the clause 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the term that is used in its part one.
Thus in the part one of the clause 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine a word "improper" is altered by the word "proper."
A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No3295.
