The Committee on European Integration scrutinized a Number of Bill on Electronic Trade on Harmonization with the Legislation of the European Union

The Committee recognized as such that harmonizes with EU legislation the bill on Electronic trade (Reg. No6086) aimed at the provision of the legal order in Ukraine regarding the conclusion and implementation of the legislative basis with the use of electronic informational-communicational means and technologies.

 

The Committee members emphasised that the principles of the bill do not contradict the European legislative acts.

 

The Committee members recognized as such that harmonizes with EU legislation also the alternative bill on electronic trade (Reg. No6086-1) that defines the strict norms, mechanisms and demands of conduction of authorities with the help of telecommunication means through the exchange of electronic messages of digital signature that enables guarantee of legitimacy and adequacy of these operations.
