18 May 2010, 12:10

The bill (Reg. No.6153) enhances licensing procedure by setting common criteria for enlisting certain types of economic activity to the registry of activities subject to licensing.

Pursuant to Clause 3 of the effective Law, a certain type of activity shall be subject to licensing if it meets one of the following criteria: danger to life, health, constitutional rights and liberties of a citizen or to the environment, state safety and public morality; connection with the access to natural or other restricted resources.

The bill also amends the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" and certain legal-normative acts, excluding the types of economic activity that fail to meet the set criteria and effective principles of licensing from the registry of activities subject to licensing.

The bill was adopted as a basis.
