The bill (Reg. No.6153) suggests improvement of the licensing procedure, in particular through the implementation of the common criteria of enrolment of certain type of economic activity to the register of such activity types that are to undergo licensing.
One of the bill´s authors, N. Korolevska, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine emphasised that licensing of certain activity type is implemented in case such an activity type corresponds to one of the following criteria: either of danger for life, health, constitutional rights and liberties of a citizen or environment, the state safety and moral social basis or connected with access to natural or other restricted resources.
The bill also suggests amendments to the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" and certain legal-normative acts regarding the exclusion from the register of licensed activity types of such kinds of economic activity that do not correspond the defined criteria and existing principles of licensing implementation.
