The bill (Reg. No. 6214-2) introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine suggests amendments o the effective Law according to which the principle of the state supervision is to be implemented envisaging that only one supervision body may be present in the central executive power body. Moreover, the register of grounds for the conduction of early supervising actions is added by the new ground (accident or professional illness) and also the term 9not less then 30 working days) is implemented for the elimination of the legislation infringements by the business entity.
The committee members are also convinced that it is necessary to take into the consideration during the elaboration of the governmental bill certain principles of the bills Reg. No6214 "On Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) over the Economic Activity" introduced by V. Konovaliuk, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine and Reg. No.6214-1, introduced by N. Korolevska, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine
