The Bill (Reg. No.3231) introduces amendments to Clause 209 of the effective Code, pursuant to which "the local councils shall use the funds obtained as the compensation for the losses of agricultural and forestry production not only for the development of land for agricultural and forestry needs, enhancement of relevant lands, protection of land pursuant to the drafted programs and projects of land management, but also for the land inventory and payment for the land development projects".
As it was declared in the course of the Committee sitting, that the adoption of the Law will provide local councils with the opportunity to finance the land inventory and pay works on organization of land exploitation.
