Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the Parliament is supposed to adopt the Law on State Budget before the Beginning of May.
It was declared by V. Lytvyn on Friday in the interview or "Rada" TV channel.
He expressed hope that the parliamentarians "will meet the agreement in order to adopt the Budget foe the state to feel confident."
"One more essential fact: the state in the person of the Government is supposed to allocate payments for the veterans of the Great patriotic War. The sum is quite considerable and it would be possible only after the budget is adopted. Hence it is extremely necessary for us to adopt the main finance document of the state until the beginning of May, for our people to receive state aid to the Day of Great Victory."
