Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No. 2058), minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of compulsory detention recognized as the disabled, and citizens who belong to category 2 of the victims of Chornobyl disaster are granted a travel privilege in the round trip to any settlement of Ukraine by car, rail, water or air a 50-per cent discount for a trip once per year or a free fare once in two years. and in reverse direction to the citizens who suffered as the result of Chornobyl disaster.
