Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasises that the Potential Participants of the Gas-Transport Consortium are supposed to develop the Mutually Profitable Position regarding its Formation and Functioning
Asked by the Rada television channel on Friday, V. Lytvyn mentioned that the consultation and discussion of these issues are held "in order to observe the reaction of the politicians and publicity, as well as the reaction of the international community." "I am deeply convinced that it is necessary to provide exhaustive explanation what we understand under the work consortium, out of what principles the consortium would be formed and what profit each part of it would receive", he declared.
According to V. Lytvyn "calculation is suppose be dominant over all other factors. This calculation let each of the Parties evaluate the result one is intended to receive and in such a way, the political component of this problem would be totally leveled." "I suppose that now, all those who discuss this issue have a vague idea, what they are speaking about", he added.
