According to the results of the social-economic development of Ukraine, evident problems and expected influence of the changes of foreign political and foreign economic situation the national economics, the State program defines the immediate actions of the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, aims, priorities of the social-economic development and system of basic measures to be taken for the implementation of the state policy in year 2010.
To the State program is added the register of the state programs that are supposed to be implemented with the use of the state budget funds and cooperation plan with international finance organisations in year 2010.
The Program, in particular, envisages that "its main principals and tasks are: turn around if the state funds and banking system, restoration of the crediting for the real sector of the economic, conduction of deep infrastructural reforms, activation of investments into the economics modernization, formation of the enabling environment for the entrepreneurship etc. "
Pursuant to the document, one of the principal tasks of the governmental work in first 100 days is the elaboration of the realistic and balanced budget for the year 2010.
The tasks and measures of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine for the year 200 the Cabinet of Ministers scrutinizes as preliminary, urgent and anti-crisis.
