Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringement (regarding the Liability Strengthening for the Forests Pollution)

The Bill (Reg. No 6141) suggests strengthening of the liability (penalty rates increase in 10 times) for the committed infringement pursuant to the parts 3, 4, clause 105, Forestry Code and clause 72, 73 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringement.

 

The Committee members deem the bill adoption will facilitate the improvement of the environmental protection.
