The bill (Reg. No.6023) suggests addition to the register of the customers that are not involved into the share fee and development of the engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the townships of the customers of buildings of educational and cultural establishments, physical culture and sports, medical and recreational purpose.
As it was declared in the course of the Committee sitting, the bill is elaborated for the improvement of the legal basis of the state support of building of educational and cultural establishments, physical culture and sports, medical and recreational purpose buildings and preserving of the equal economic conditions for all the property right subjects in the course of the building of the indicated objects.
According to the People´s Deputies, the adoption of the bill is aimed at the formation of equal economic conditions for all the property right subjects in the course of building of educational and cultural establishments, physical culture and sports, medical and recreational purpose buildings that will have positive impact on the provision of recreation and medical service for the citizens.
