The Bill (Reg. No5014) suggests defining the legal regime of the adjacent zone of Ukraine.
The Bill contains legislative regulation of the order of conduction of customs, fiscal, immigration and sanitary control by Ukraine in the adjacent zone and also rights and obligations concerning the archeological and historical objects sunken in this zone.
Relevant amendments are introduced to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and Laws "On Cultural Inheritance Protection", "On State Border Service" and "On Archeological Inheritance Protection."
