The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings (re Reference of a certain Category of Administrative Cases to the Local Courts and Courts of Military Appeals)

The bill (Reg. No.0885) suggests temporary delegation of powers regarding scrutiny in the framework of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of certain category of administrative cases to the relevant local courts and courts of military appeal, preserving the authority of the Supreme Administrative Court to scrutinize their cassational protests.

 

In the course of the discussion it was declared that the Bill lost its actuality as at the present moment the network of the administrative courts is already formed as well as their quantity and facilities for their activity. Moreover, it was emphasised during the sitting that from the moment of bill adoption as a basis three years have already passed and for that period the juridical practice in this cases category have been completely elaborated.
