In the course of the interview for Odessa channel "OK" Mykola Tomenko, the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed surprise by the fact the leaders of certain Odessa Universities prohibited presentation of his books "History of Ukrainian Constitution", "Mykola Hohol Ukrainian Romanticist" and "Theory of Ukrainian Love."
M. Tomenko emphasised that "it is difficult to answer ho exactly prohibited reading of my book and studying of Mykola Hohol works, whether it is certain rectors of even the Ministry of Education of Ukraine."
At the same time, M. Tomenko mentioned that such situation was observed for the first time. "It is extremely strange when certain number of Universities prohibits book presentation, besides the considerable parts of which is recommended as a textbook for students", he emphasised.
